This was actually a bit of an accident.
I'd taken this picture in RAW format, while hunting a sunset.
when I got home I went through the pictures, sorting them all in Adobe Lightroom.
I started playing with levels and with a spastic movement it got all screwed up.
However I zoomed in on the couple on the beach and noticed they were visible (as compared to siluettes before), so the raw had kept details. They also seemed to be turned into some sort of artistic rendering instead of a photography - like someone painted them and glued them on the picture.
I really like the effect and I'll be playing with it again sometime.
I call it "Lonely Couple" because of their posture and the fact that they seem to be drawn apart, even thought they're clearly a couple.
